manage, and keep your files looking professional. There are 98 different covers and spine labels to fit your classroom needs.

I have also had requests for the editable templates to my binder covers and spines so I have also added those on my TpT store!

Here is an inside look of one of my binders.
Each of my binders have my worksheets, activities, etc. in a clear page protector and placed inside each unit binder.
By keeping my files in the binders it makes looking for things so much faster and easier! It is also easy to store - you don’t have to worry about all the file cabinet space. When I transformed my files into binders I took it slow so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. I just took the unit I was working on that week and placed my files into the binder. It was not overwhelming and it didn’t take much time since I took it a week and a unit at a time.
Enjoy!

where did you get all the binders? i used to have a set i got free, but left them at my last school
ReplyDeleteI got them at Office Depot. You can buy a box of them which ends up being cheaper than buying them one by one.
DeleteHi Amanda! I LOVE your site and all your organizational ideas! :) I was wondering how you organize inside the binders- do you have your resources further broken down by content area?

Thank you! Yes, inside my unit binders I have all my papers grouped by subject. For example, I have all my math lessons, worksheets, etc. that go with that particular unit all grouped together within the binder. It makes finding what you need so much easier!
ReplyDeleteHi Amanda,
ReplyDeleteI recently purchased the binder covers & spines. They're great! Can you please update it to include Summer (you already have the other 3 seasons)...or better yet, can you make one called "4 Seasons." Also, could you make one for Halloween?
Thanks-a-bunch,
Karen
I have added and updated them to my TpT file. :)
DeleteThanks!
What size are the binders you have shown with your units?
ReplyDeleteThey are one inch binders. :)

ReplyDeleteWhat did you do with the originals? Did you put them all in sheet protectors or did you punch holes in each paper? Would you consider posting a picture of the inside of one of your binders?
ReplyDeleteYea, I put all my originals in page protectors. I added a picture to this blog post so you can see what my binders look like on the inside. :)
DeleteMay I ask how you stored charts, posters, really small pieces that go with the unit? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI store my unit anchor charts and any pieces that go with my units in monthly bulletin board bags. I just pull from that month's bag to get the unit stuff I need. :)
