CHRISTMAS CARD IDEAS FOR PARENTS

Every year I like for my students to make a Christmas card to attach to their parent gifts.  Instead of using plain old construction paper to make the cards on I made these blank foldable Christmas card templates!

You can get them by clicking HERE!

There are 8 different size options to choose from.

Each size is available with the saying "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays" on the front.

Easily print these templates on white/colored cardstock paper, construction paper, or just plain white computer paper.

Then, have your students decorate their cards and add a special message inside for their parents!

I love having my students add a handprint/fingerprint design to the front of their card.  Not only do they turn out so cute, but they also make such a memorable keepsake for parents!

Here are some example handprint/fingerprint design ideas:

Santa Claus:

Reindeers:

Penguins:

Snowmen:

Christmas Trees:

Wreath:

Holly:

Candy Cane:

Lights:

Ornaments:

Elves:

Also included in my download are easy, step-by-step directions for students to follow to make each handprint/fingerprint design!

Easily place these directions at a center with the art supplies needed and let your students create their parent's Christmas cards!
